Introduction

Anniina works as a consultant in the Context& team, and her areas of expertise include AI agents, conversational solutions, and low-code automations. She designs and builds agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform that connect natural interaction to real business processes—from technical implementation to governance models, escalation paths, and the safe adoption of AI. For her, building agents means designing controlled interfaces between people, data, processes, and accountability.

Anniina holds a Master of Theology degree (University of Helsinki), majoring in philosophy of religion. Her strength lies in combining analytical, systems-oriented thinking with strong communication skills to create human-centric AI solutions. Her studies in ethics and moral philosophy bring a strong ethical perspective to her work: she highlights the ethical questions involved in adopting and leveraging AI.
