He has worked extensively in digitalization, cloud services, and change management, and in recent years his focus has been particularly on the opportunities of artificial intelligence and the transformation it brings.

Tommi has a strong and practical perspective on the strategic importance of AI and its impact. He specializes in how AI reshapes organizational operating models and work culture, how its benefits can be maximized while managing risks, and how governance models create a foundation for building sustainable and impactful AI solutions.

At Sulava, Tommi has worked as a consultant in modern work, AI solutions, and change management in Finland as well as in the Middle East region for several years. Before joining Sulava, he worked at Microsoft as an architect and held various roles at Nokia and HP.
