Third year in a row

Consit – now part of Context& – has been named a Børsen Gazelle for the third consecutive year. The award is based on the 2024 financial year, during which Consit remained an independent public limited company and delivered the documented growth required to be named a gazelle company. Børsen selects the gazelles based on official accounting data, which must meet a number of criteria.

“For me, the most important thing is not the award itself, but what it says about the work our team has done. Being named a Gazelle for the third year in a row is recognition that the strategy has worked and that the entire team has managed to lift the business year after year,” says Consit's founder and former CEO, Morten Skovby.

He particularly highlights the efforts of the employees:

"The Børsen Gazelle concept means that there is a neutral source that has analyzed the figures and confirmed the growth. We are proud of that – first and foremost on behalf of the team."

2024 also marked the end of Consit as an independent company. The company is now part of Context&, where competencies, employees, and customer relationships continue in a single organization following the merger with the now former Projectum and Delegate.

“The continued growth is due to talented employees, the right strategy, and strong customer relationships. We are taking that foundation with us into Context&,” says Morten Skovby.

  • Company form as A/S or ApS

Requirements for the financial statements:

  • Overall positive operating profit over the four years

  • Positive growth in each of the four financial years
