The world keeps reminding us how fragile stability can be. Drone attacks shut down airports in several countries, halting travel and showing how quickly disruption can spread. It’s a powerful reminder: when the usual routes are blocked - in the air or in business - strength lies not in standing alone, but in the networks that hold firm.

That is why October 1st is more than just a name change for me. By uniting Consit, Projectum, and Delegate as Context&, we are not simply adding size - we are planting three trees close together. Over time, their roots intertwine, giving them strength they could never have alone. That is how we grow stronger together: grounded in trust and prepared to deliver solutions that matter in everyday life.

We live in interesting and challenging times, to put it mildly. Almost every decision - personal or professional - sits at the intersection of the global and the local, the far and the near. This is especially true in our digital world, where data, AI, and platforms shape not only how we work but also how we interact with one another. It is a space we must navigate with clarity and courage.

At Context&, we do this with a distinctly Nordic perspective. Small, open countries like ours have always thrived when we looked outward: trading with the world, learning from the world, and contributing to making the world a better place. When we were at our best, we combined curiosity with responsibility - bringing home new ideas and shaping them into solutions that matter in daily life. That is the spirit we want to carry forward: grounded, open, and ambitious in equal measure.

When three companies decide to become one, it is not just a business move — it is a matter of trust, direction, and the will to grow together. For me, it is like watching a grove take shape. Each tree keeps its own character, but together they form shelter, stability, and strength that no single tree could provide. That is why now, Consit, Projectum, and Delegate come together as Context&.

What changes?

You will experience a stronger partner: broader expertise, deeper Microsoft capabilities, and one integrated way of working across data, AI, applications, and business platforms.

What stays the same?

The people you already know — the ones you trust and collaborate with — remain your partners. Now they are backed by a setup built for focus, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

What this means for you

• One contract and one point of contact – less friction, faster progress

• Access to specialists across CRM/ERP, Data & AI, Automation, and Advisory

• A delivery model that combines human insight with AI-powered precision – so you can move faster and safer

Our ambition is clear - and personal: to be the most trusted Microsoft AI partner in the Nordics, turning technology into real business impact.

"I often think about time as our most important competitive advantage. Not speed for its own sake, but time used wisely - time spent listening to customers, time spent reflecting before deciding, and time spent building trust. If we do that well, then technology and AI become enablers of something far bigger: they give us the chance to move with clarity and confidence in a complex world."

Change is not about speed - it is about learning

I do not believe in change for the sake of change. I believe in learning faster than the world changes around us - and translating that learning into solutions that work in the everyday life of our customers. Some changes are overwhelming, some are trivial, but the most important ones are those that create opportunities - if we dare to stop, reflect, learn, and then act.

This mindset also applies to leadership. Leading through times of change means slowing down enough to listen, to reflect, and to understand the signals - before accelerating again. I am convinced that leadership is not about having all the answers but about asking the right questions and creating the space for others to contribute. The strength of Context& is not mine or any one person’s - it comes from our collective ability to learn and adapt together.

In the Nordics, we have a tradition of leadership built on trust, low hierarchy, and a culture that encourages experimentation. Combined with deep Microsoft expertise and clear structure, this gives us a unique edge: the ability to deliver AI and data projects that not only look good in a demo but create real, lasting value in operations.

I often think about time as our most important competitive advantage. Not speed for its own sake, but time used wisely - time spent listening to customers, time spent reflecting before deciding, and time spent building trust. If we do that well, then technology and AI become enablers of something far bigger: they give us the chance to move with clarity and confidence in a complex world.

Our Priorities for the Next Chapter

As we start this new chapter, we are guided by three priorities that matter not just to us but also to our customers: Winning as One, Building the Best Workplace, and Succeeding with AI.

Looking ahead

This is the first in a series of reflections I will share as part of our journey with Context&. Each month, I will take a moment to connect the dots - between technology and people, strategy and practice, the Nordic and the global. Sometimes it will be about AI, sometimes about culture, sometimes about what it means to build trust in times of transformation. Always with one question in mind: What does this mean for our customers and partners?

I invite you to follow along, share your perspectives, and join us on this journey. Because technology is nothing without context.
