The challenge

When Gert Nielsen A/S in the spring of 2024 was looking for a new DynamicWeb partner to manage their B2B online store based on DynamicWeb Swift, it became clear that they wanted a technically strong partner who could take their solution to the next level.

From our first meeting with Gert Nielsen, we had a good and open dialogue about their expectations for a new partner. An important part of this process was aligning expectations regarding the competencies they sought and how we could assist. They placed great value on having a clear and easily understandable dialogue with their partner.

It quickly became evident that they needed more than just a web provider. They wanted a sparring partner who could understand their unique challenges as a traditional butcher company and translate this insight into concrete, value-creating initiatives.

Following a series of meetings, we concluded that we were a strong fit for each other. Our first task was to take over their webshop and start addressing the challenges that were hindering their daily business.

We upgraded the DynamicWeb platform to the latest version and enhanced the ERP integration with NAV. These improvements eliminated previous data issues and created a more stable and efficient solution.

To maximize value, we also offered training on the use of DynamicWeb, enabling their team to manage the online store themselves and respond quickly to customer needs.

Additionally, we customized the solution to improve the end-user experience and ensure smooth integration between the online store and the financial system. The result is a reliable and user-friendly solution that supports Gert Nielsen's business goals and growth ambitions.

Gert Nielsen A/S is a traditional butcher company. The company is run by the third generation of dedicated butchers and sausage makers who take pride in their craft.

They offer an extensive selection of meats, sausages, burgers, charcuterie, and Sous Vide products, among others, which are delivered to restaurants, cafés, burger joints, canteens, and large kitchens.
