One unified digital platform for a new group

The challenge

Context& was created through the merger of Delegate, Projectum and Consit. This meant three different websites with their own structure, design and technological setup.

The task was not simply to bring content together. It was to create a shared digital direction.

A new website had to reflect the group’s strategy, clarify prioritized industries and services and at the same time give space to the differences that naturally exist in a merged organization. At the same time, the solution had to be robust enough to handle future acquisitions, sub-brands and new initiatives.

The development of the new visual identity ran in parallel with the platform work. Strategy, structure, design and technology had to be developed in step, and go live together.

The ambition was clear: The website should be a strategic tool. Not merely a presentation.

The solution

The solution was built on Umbraco CMS and hosted in Microsoft Azure with .NET as the technical foundation. From the start, a shared information architecture was designed which reflects the direction of the group and at the same time gives space to the individual business areas.

Instead of locking the content in fixed templates, the platform was built with an extensive module library. This means that Marketing can compose pages flexibly, build new landing pages and launch campaigns without involving developers every time.

The high degree of freedom is deliberate. But it is combined with clear editorial frameworks so that consistency across cases, industries and services is maintained.

Technically, the solution is fully integrated in the Microsoft ecosystem. Hosting in Azure ensures scalability and stable operation. Integration with Microsoft Customer Insights makes it possible to connect forms, tracking and campaigns directly to marketing efforts and measure the impact continuously.

The platform is therefore not just a website, it is part of the overall commercial engine.

The result

The new platform has created a strategic coherence that was not previously possible.

Where the three previous websites represented their own logic, the new platform represents one unified story about Context&.

Marketing has gained significantly greater freedom to act. New pages and campaigns can be launched quickly, without technical bottlenecks. At the same time, the foundation is robust enough to support sub-sites, future acquisitions and new business areas.

After go-live there has only been a need for minimal technical adjustments. Flexibility and scalability were designed in from the start.

Today the website functions both as a brand platform, sales enablement and the structural backbone for a growing group.
