The challenge
Nyhavn Rejser wanted to build a new website to replace their old Drupal site, which was due for an upgrade.
Nyhavn Rejser specializes in tailor-made quality trips and places great emphasis on personal advice. The website needed to inspire visitors for their next trip.
We recommended a customized Umbraco CMS solution, which would provide them with a scalable web solution with high user-friendliness and flexibility.
Ready on Time
With a firm deadline in December, we had four months to develop and build the site on the Umbraco platform.
The main challenge of the project was to complete the site on time. We succeeded, and the new solution went live on December 16, 2021.
The solution
In a short time, we developed a new website for Nyhavn Rejser — a digital travel catalog where users can find inspiration for their next trip around the world.
The website is built on Umbraco, with an integration to backend systems that enrich the site with data.
The solution includes a flexible and user-friendly admin panel, which enhances the editors' workflow and provides better control over templates.
We were responsible for the development, while OTW Denmark contributed the visual identity, core storytelling, and design of the site. Nyhavn Rejser took charge of adding content to the new platform.
