Indutrade adopted Office 365 in 2014 and has continuously introduced new functionalities as ways of working evolved.
A central part of the Advisory Service agreement has been Context&'s Trusted Advisor service, supporting small development projects and annual service reviews.
Indutrade shifted from four annual reviews to monthly one-hour reviews, helping them adopt new features more quickly.
Indutrade needed to adopt cloud-based tools that would support their group model and evolving ways of working. They sought structured guidance to determine which new Office 365 features should be adopted and how to manage development needs and problem situations.

Indutrade began implementing Office 365 in 2014.
In 2016, an Advisory Service agreement was established, where a Trusted Advisor served as a dedicated sparring partner. The role included providing guidance, supporting smaller development tasks, and preparing service reviews.
Over time, the model evolved from quarterly reviews to monthly one‑hour meetings. This created a more dynamic collaboration and made it possible to continuously evaluate new features and prioritise development initiatives.
As part of this development, Indutrade implemented multi‑factor authentication in 2018 and introduced Teams as the collaboration platform across the group’s subsidiaries.
Indutrade operates in the import and sales of components and systems and in the development, production, and marketing of its own products.
New functionalities were introduced more rapidly thanks to the monthly review model. Multi-factor authentication was deployed starting with IT, then management and finance. Teams workspaces replaced Yammer across all subsidiaries. The need for Service Desk support decreased due to the Trusted Advisor’s involvement.
